Andreas Zaimis

Andreas Zaimis has a diverse work experience in the fields of facilities management, property management, site engineering, structural engineering, project engineering, and military service.

Their most recent position was as a Facilities Manager at Exness, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Lion Global Advisors as a Property Manager from December 2020 to January 2023, where they were responsible for managing commercial and residential units, overseeing a residential community, and ensuring the smooth operation of a high-rise building.

Before that, they worked as a Site Engineer at Pafilia from August 2019 to December 2020, where they handled equipment and material procurement, subcontractor management, and order processing.

Andreas also worked as a Structural Engineer at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure from April 2018 to July 2019, where they were involved in design coordination, construction oversight, and subcontractor management.

Prior to that, they were a Project Engineer at ADS Consultancy from October 2015 to March 2018, where they conducted site surveys, attended design meetings, and prepared engineering reports.

Andreas began their career serving in the Cyprus National Guard from July 2009 to July 2011, where they progressed to the rank of Sergeant and gained experience in leadership, training, and coordination.

Andreas Zaimis has a diverse education history, with a focus on business management, engineering, and project management. Andreas started their educational journey by obtaining a High School Diploma in Science from High School Petrou kai Pavlou in 2009.

In 2011, Andreas Zaimis enrolled at the University of Nottingham, where they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Civil Engineering. Andreas successfully completed their degree in 2015, gaining a strong foundation in the field.

To further enhance their skills and knowledge in project management, Andreas Zaimis attended ILX Group in 2020. There, they earned a certification in PRINCE2, a widely recognized project management methodology.

Building on their project management expertise, Andreas Zaimis continued their education at CIIM - Cyprus International Institute of Management in 2021. Andreas enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, focusing on business management. Their studies will continue until 2023, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of business principles and strategies.

In addition to their formal education, Andreas Zaimis has obtained additional certifications related to project management. In 2019, they earned the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation & Practitioner certification from ILX Group, followed by the PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner certification in 2021.
