Andrey Kolesnichenko

Andrey Kolesnichenko has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades.

Andrey started their career as a Research Associate at a Research Institute in 2000 and worked there until 2005. During this time, they gained experience in research and analysis.

In 2001, Andrey joined NFBK as a Programmer and System Administrator. Andrey took on a leadership role, overseeing a team of system administrators. Andrey also contributed to the development of a corporate workflow system using Delphi and Oracle. Additionally, they managed the administration of LAN, workstations, servers, and office equipment.

From 2005 to 2012, Andrey worked at RedSolex Ltd, where they held multiple roles. As the Head of System Administration Department, they provided IT support for the financial holding company and led a team of system administrators. Andrey also played a key role in building a failover data center and deploying Cisco equipment. In their subsequent role as Deputy Director General, Andrey successfully managed the relocation of all infrastructure to a new office building without any downtime. Andrey was also responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization's network and server equipment.

In 2014, Andrey assumed the position of CEO at RedSolex Ltd. Andrey held this role until 2017, overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of the company.

From 2016 to 2018, Andrey worked at StickerRide as a System Administrator. Andrey managed planning and tracking systems, continuous integration systems, and cloud resources. Andrey provided DevOps support for the development team and was involved in managing backup, security, and user help systems.

Andrey then joined Stone Edge Capital Ltd in 2018 as the CIO. In this role, they managed servers and networks, planning and tracking systems, and continuous integration systems. Andrey also provided continuous deployment using Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes. Additionally, they communicated with service providers and third-party developers.

In 2020, Andrey briefly served as the Chief Information Officer at UNITY TRADE SOLUTIONS, where they contributed to the company's information technology strategy.

Most recently, Andrey started working as a Site Reliability Engineer at Exness in November 2021. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of the company's systems and applications.
