Anh Quan Hua has a diverse work experience. Anh Quan started their career at Exness as a Vietnamese Desk Manager, where they were responsible for identifying business opportunities, monitoring team performance, and ensuring customer requests were processed efficiently.

Anh Quan then worked at IronFX Global as an Account Manager, where they introduced financial products to clients, maintained client relationships, handled complaints, and conducted compliance procedures.

Before that, Anh Quan Hua gained managerial experience at Grand Cafe Restaurant Schuh, where they oversaw daily operations, trained and evaluated staff, and implemented marketing strategies.

Anh Quan also worked as a Guest Service Agent at Melia Hanoi Hotel, where they provided information and assistance to customers.

Anh Quan Hua had a role at Standard Chartered Bank as a Direct Sales Representative, focusing on sales and cross-selling various products to customers.

Additionally, they volunteered at Hold The Future Center, serving as a representative and translator for the organization, helping members find suitable jobs, and showcasing designed handbags at international exhibitions.

Finally, in 2011, Anh Quan Hua attended Victoria University in Switzerland to obtain an MBA degree in Hospitality Management, completing their education history in 2012.
