Barbara Usanase has a diverse work experience. Barbara began working as a Virtual Customer Support Services Officer at WEC (Worldwide E-Learning Campus) in October 2020 and continued in this role until March 2022. In December 2021, they also worked as a Student Consultant at Global Education Movement (GEM) at SNHU. From September 2021 to December 2021, Barbara worked as a Participatory Action Research Intern at The City University of New York, where they contributed to a research project on the college-going experiences of refugees in multiple countries. In June 2022, Barbara worked as a Facilitator/Notetaker for Vanguard Economics, assisting with a Baseline Assessment of the MasterCard Foundation's Young Africa Works Strategy and Program. From October 2021 to October 2022, they served as an Information Management Intern at SNHU Labs, where they conducted research, supported communication coordination efforts, and delivered information with attention to detail. Most recently, in September 2022, Barbara joined Exness as a Customer Support Executive.

Barbara Usanase completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General from Southern New Hampshire University from 2019 to 2022. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Business Mentorship from the Global Mentorship Initiative in December 2021 and in the Participatory Action Research Program from The City University of New York in December 2021.
