Dmitry Kuzmin

Dmitry Kuzmin has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Dmitry began their career as a Full-stack Developer at Voronezh Institute of High Technologies in 2011 and worked in that role until 2015. Following that, they joined AEDON as a Senior Software Developer, where they worked until 2017. In the same year, they also worked as a Senior Software Developer at Otkritie.

In 2017, Dmitry joined DealerSocket as a Senior Software Developer Team Lead and held the position until 2018. At DealerSocket, they gained experience in leading and managing a software development team.

Since 2018, Dmitry has been working at Exness, where they initially served as a Senior Software Developer Tech Lead. In this role, they demonstrated expertise in Golang, Python, SQL, and MetaTrader4/5. In 2022, they transitioned into the role of Development Team Lead of the Trading Anti-Fraud team, where they played a pivotal role in establishing the team from scratch. Dmitry developed policies and procedures and implemented a fraud prevention program, resulting in a significant reduction in fraudulent activities. As the Team Lead, they handled hiring, firing, employee performance reviews, and overall team management.

Dmitry Kuzmin obtained their Master's degree in Information Technology from the Voronezh Institute of High Technologies, where they studied from 2007 to 2013.
