Hyemin Seo's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2017, they worked as a Sales Clerk at Gamachi Chicken, where their responsibilities included answering customer inquiries, cooking food, and managing store inventory. In 2019, they worked as a Sales Clerk at Paris Baguette. In 2020, they had two roles: Customer Service Staff at the National Health Insurance Service, where they guided visitors, organized documents, and collected personal information due to Covid-19 protocols, and Teaching Assistant, Translator, and Video Editor at Multicultural Agency, where they filmed and edited teaching materials and translated them into English. In 2021, they worked at Sapience Ventures in sales and marketing, focusing on developing marketing methods, researching sales channels, and establishing B2B partnerships. Currently, they are a Retail Account Manager at Exness.

Hyemin Seo completed their Bachelor's degree in Global Business from Changwon National University, where they studied from 2018 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. Hyemin became a Certified Origin Specialist from the Korea Institute of Origin Information in September 2021. In May 2021, they received a certification in Trade English from the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Hyemin also completed the Advanced Google Analytics course and the Google Analytics for Beginners course offered by Google Ads in March 2021 and February 2021, respectively.
