Iryna Tsepoukhova 🇺🇦

Iryna Tsepoukhova has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2009, they began their career as a Legal Assistant at UDEC Group, where they handled representation of the company in dealing with government bodies, protection of clients' interests in civil and commercial cases, and drafting legal opinions. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an Assistant Attorney at the law firm "Yefimov and Partners," where they represented clients in court, assisted in contract drafting, and provided legal advice.

In 2015, Iryna joined SoftServe as a Career Advisor, where they guided and advised employees on their career development. Iryna later transitioned into the role of HR Business Partner, responsible for HR operations and supporting business teams. Starting from 2020, Iryna became a Project Manager at SoftServe, overseeing and managing various projects within the company.

In 2017, Iryna also worked at Universe IT as a Trainer, educating students on HR roles in the IT industry and covering topics such as people management, feedback culture, and coaching in HR management.

Iryna'smost recent work experience is with Exness, where they currently hold the position of HR Transformation Project Manager since March 2022.

Iryna Tsepoukhova attended Kyiv National Economics University from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Master's degree in Law. In 2017, they enrolled at the School of Organizational Coaching and completed a program to become a certified business coach, specializing in coaching consultancy in organizations. From 2015 to 2020, they pursued Psychotherapy Consulting in the Phenomenological Approach at SoPheco, focusing on psychology. Currently, from 2020 to 2025, Iryna is studying at the Third Vienna School of Existential Analysis and Logotherapy, specializing in psychology.
