Jessica Inez Karina has a strong background in customer support and finance and accounting. Jessica Inez started their career in 2017 at Indomaret Group, where they held multiple roles. As a Customer Support Junior Manager, they managed a team of eight people and ensured they were equipped to handle customer complaints and problems. Jessica Inez also focused on improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. In their Finance and Accounting role, they created monthly financial statements, analyzed cash flow, and managed a team to collect receivables. In 2022, they joined Exness as a Customer Support Executive, where they are responsible for providing customer support solutions in Indonesia, East, and Southeast Asia.

Jessica Inez Karina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Universitas Kristen Maranatha Bandung, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed a certification in Problem Solving from PQM Consultants.
