In 2016, they joined Michael Page as a Consultant in Financial Technology, where they worked until 2019. At Michael Page, Jessie gained valuable expertise in the finance industry. In 2019, Jessie joined Exness as a Senior Talent Acquisition professional, responsible for acquiring talent globally for New Business Markets & Customer & IB Operations. They focused on sourcing, screening, and building a pipeline of both commercial and operational candidates in regions such as Asia, LATAM, Arabic, and Africa.
