Ksenia Ageeva

Ksenia Ageeva has extensive work experience in reporting and visualization analysis, primarily focusing on HR-related reporting and data analysis. Ksenia started their career at Luxoft in 2011 as an IT Recruitment researcher and later took on roles as an IT Recruiter and an HR & Recruitment Analyst. In 2016, they became a Senior BI Analyst and Team Leader, where they were responsible for leading a team and managing various HR-related reporting processes using Tableau. In 2021, Ksenia joined Exness as a Senior Reporting & Visualization Analyst and was later promoted to the role of Lead Reporting & Visualization Analyst in 2022.

Ksenia Ageeva pursued their education in a chronological manner. Ksenia first attended Omsk State University (OSU) from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a specialist degree in Psychology. Their passion for data analysis led their to enroll at ITMO University in 2021, where they studied Data Analysis. Ksenia acquired additional certifications to enhance their expertise in this field, specifically becoming a Tableau Certified Data Analyst from Tableau in October 2021 and a Tableau Desktop Certified Associate from Tableau Software in February 2021.
