Ksenia Lapteva

Ksenia Lapteva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ksenia began their career at the Ministry of Economic Development, Macroeconomic Research Institute as a Junior Research Fellow and Assistant to the Deputy Director from November 2012 to August 2013. Ksenia then joined Sberbank CIB, where they held various positions including Business Analyst from June 2014 to February 2015, Lead Business Analyst in Financial Market Processes Development Operations CIB from March 2015 to February 2016, and Project Manager from March 2016 to November 2016. After that, they joined ATON as a Project Manager from November 2016 to March 2018 before being promoted to Program Manager from March 2018 to June 2020. During their time at ATON, they led various projects and initiatives, including the transition to an agile approach, the launch of MVPs, and the introduction of company-wide project portfolio management. Since June 2020, Ksenia has been the Head of the Project Management Office at ATON, where they are currently leading the integration of a new Front-office position keeping system and has successfully completed projects related to ETFs, software development, and business. In January 2023, Ksenia will join Exness as a Payments Product Manager.

Ksenia Lapteva's education history begins in 2008 when they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Moscow State Linguistic University. Ksenia then pursued further education and from 2012 to 2014, they completed a Master's degree in International Banking and Finance at Technological University Dublin. During the same period, they also obtained a Master's degree in Financial and Banking Sciences from Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

In 2019, Ksenia Lapteva enrolled in the Higher School of Economics and completed a Specialist degree in Data Science and Machine Learning in 2020.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ksenia Lapteva has obtained certifications. Ksenia completed a Data-driven product management simulator from GoPractice, Inc in March 2023. Furthermore, they hold an IPMA Level D certification from the International Project Management Association, although the specific month and year of attainment are not provided.
