Laith Al Adham has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Sales Marketing Assistant at Al Asri Bin Hmouda Group, where they managed project deadlines, coordinated with internal divisions and vendors, and collaborated on marketing materials. From 2008 to 2010, they served as the Marketing Strategies Brand Development Manager at Al Balqa'a Commercial Consultancy, directing and coordinating marketing activities, reviewing financial aspects of product development, and conducting market research.

Moving on, from 2013 to 2018, Laith held the position of Head of Content Creation & Marketing at Inches Solutions, where they designed and launched innovative projects, created new revenue streams, and collaborated with creative and data entry departments. Subsequently, from 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Communications Manager at Bidderlo - CPMStars, overseeing brand strategy, customer service, marketing strategy, and B2B relations.
