Melissa Lian

Melissa Lian has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Melissa currently works at Exness as a Human Resources Business Partner since February 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at AXA Affin Insurance from 2016 to 2022, starting as a HRBP - L&D and Culture Manager and later becoming the Head of Culture and Engagement. Before that, Melissa worked at Capco as a Human Capital Business Partner in 2015. Melissa also gained experience at Goldis Berhad as a Senior Executive in Human Resources from 2010 to 2015, and at Alliance Bank as a Senior Executive in Resourcing in 2010. Melissa began their career as an HR Executive at Alstom Power in 2008.

Melissa Lian completed their A-Levels in Science at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology from 2003 to 2004. Melissa then pursued a Bachelor's Degree (HONS) in Biotechnology at University College Sedaya International from 2005 to 2008.
