Mikhail Fedyulin

Mikhail Fedyulin has a diverse work experience in various companies. Mikhail started their career at Intecom, LLC in 2011 as a Technical Project Manager and later became the Deputy Head of the Software Project Department. During their time at Intecom, they successfully implemented several projects, reduced implementation time, and improved predictability by establishing clear processes and project management approaches. Mikhail also hired and trained project managers and engineers, initiated the creation of a knowledge base, and improved the efficiency of the commercial department. In 2019, they joined GlowByte Consulting as a Senior Project Manager. Recently, in 2021, they joined Exness as the Technology Operations Lead, where they combine the roles of the Head of the Project Management Office and the Operations Team Leader. Mikhail is responsible for leading a team that is the project and operational partner for the company's development division.

Mikhail Fedyulin obtained their Master's degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) (MIPT) from 2004 to 2010. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Change Management Practitioner from APMG International in November 2022, Change Management Foundation from APMG International in August 2022, PRINCE2 Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2022, and PRINCE2 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2022.
