Natalya Maxumova

Natalya Maxumova has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Natalya began their career in 2012 as a PHP Developer at Bitworks, where they focused on engineering and developing various websites and online stores. In 2013, they joined Exness as a Project Manager, where they worked on corporate websites, internal services, and payment systems integration, and also introduced Scrum and Kanban processes. Natalya later transitioned to the role of Scrum Product Owner and then became the Head of Partnership Department, where they defined vision and strategy for partnership products and managed remote and outsourced teams. In 2018, Natalya became a Product Manager at Exness, overseeing the entire product life cycle and bringing new products to market. Natalya worked closely with customers, prioritized features, developed marketing plans, and managed budgets. In 2020, they joined ArmenoTech as the Head of Product, responsible for payment solutions and cross-border payments. Natalya is currently the Head of Development at Exness, a position they assumed in 2023.

Natalya Maxumova holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Tomsk Polytechnic University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pavlodar State University named after Sultanmakhmut Toraighyrov, studying from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Natalya Maxumova has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they received a certification in "Delegation: the result by employees hands" from the online school Premium Management. In 2019, they attained a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification in Project Management from PeopleCert and completed a program called "Go Practice" from GoPractice, Inc. Furthermore, in 2018, they obtained the PSPO I certification from scrum.org.
