Oluwatosin Joseph Olusanmi has a diverse work experience in various roles within the financial industry.

Oluwatosin Joseph started their career in 2004 as a Marketing and Financial Adviser at Lion Stockbrokers Limited, where they provided advisory services to clients.

In 2007, they joined De-Lords Securities Limited as an Operations and Research professional. Their responsibilities included identifying trendsetter ideas, exploring potential business deals, and coordinating contract requirements. Oluwatosin Joseph remained with the company until 2009.

From 2013 to 2014, Olusanmi served as the Head of Research and Development at Rainbow Securities and Investment Co. Limited.

In 2014, they joined IronFX as an Account Manager and later moved on to work as a Senior Business Development Manager at Blackwell Global in 2015.

In 2016, they became the Head of Research/Marketing at BESTWORTH ASSETS & TRUST LTD, where they led research efforts and marketing strategies.

From 2019 to 2020, they worked at INFINOX Capital as the Head of Training and Development, overseeing the training programs and development initiatives for the company.

In 2020, they joined XtreamForex as a Country Director, responsible for managing operations in the country.

Currently, Olusanmi is working at Exness as a Key Account Manager, starting in 2021. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Commercial Director.

In 1997, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Lagos, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Oluwatosin Joseph successfully completed their degree in 2001.

Later, in an unspecified year, Oluwatosin enrolled in the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, where they pursued a degree in Investments and Securities. Oluwatosin Joseph completed this program in 2021, obtaining the title of Chartered Stockbroker (ACS).

In 2022, Oluwatosin attended the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment, specializing in Investments and Securities. Oluwatosin Joseph earned the Associate (CISI) degree during this time.

In addition to their academic achievements, Oluwatosin has obtained several certifications. These include becoming an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) in April 2022, acquiring the Authorized Dealing Clerk title from the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX Group) in February 2022, and completing the Ethics Integrity and Fairness in Financial Services course from the European Institute of Management and Finance (EIMF) in November 2021. Oluwatosin Joseph also completed the Advanced Anti-Money Laundering for Financial Institutions course from EIMF in October 2021. Furthermore, they participated in the Middle Management Excellence Program at Stanford GSB Executive Education, completing it in July 2023.
