Pipatcha Ngampradub has a diverse range of work experience. Pipatcha began their career in 2017 as an Assistant Accountant at We Pro Audit.Co.,Ltd., before transitioning to the role of Accountant Assistant for a few months. In 2018, they joined True Corporation as a Customer Service Specialist, where they managed high-volume phone inquiries and increased sales. Pipatcha then joined TDCX as a Customer Service Advocate for Google My Business, providing support to clients and troubleshooting technical issues. Pipatcha later became a Digital Marketing Specialist at TDCX, specializing in Google Ads and managing B2B and B2C clients. Pipatcha then worked at Concentrix as an Advisor II, Sales under FB SBG - Accelerate, where they contacted and provided sales solutions to new and existing clients. Their most recent role was as an Account Manager at Exness, where they developed and maintained business relationships with customers to generate new business for the company's products and services.

Pipatcha Ngampradub completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Prince of Songkla University from 2014 to 2018. In terms of additional certifications, they attained various Google Ads certifications from Google, including Google Ads Apps Certification, Google Ads Display Certification, Google Ads Measurement certification, Google Ads Search certification, Shopping ads Certification, and Google Ads Video Certification. These certifications were obtained in November 2021 (except Google Ads Video Certification, which was achieved in April 2021).
