Sakhikhaya Dlala has a diverse work experience in various social media and communication roles. Sakhikhaya started their career at Independent Media (Pty) Ltd as an Editor in April 2017, where they worked until April 2019. During this time, they gained experience in editing and content creation. Sakhikhaya then joined 121 BPO Client Services as a Social Media Administrator from September 2017 to April 2019, where they managed social media platforms and engaged with the online community.
