Sergey Kovalev

Sergey Kovalev has worked as a Product Manager at Exness from 2019 until the present, where they were responsible for developing and launching a successful product for digital affiliates. Sergey led an engineering team and managed all aspects of product development, including project management and feature development. Prior to that, Sergey worked as a Business System Analyst at Exness from 2018 to 2019. Before joining Exness, Sergey worked at Kaspersky Lab as a Systems Analyst from 2016 to 2018, where they managed requirements and functional specifications for various product areas, including UX and anti-fraud detection technologies. Sergey also coordinated work between internal and external teams to deliver several major releases for the Kaspersky Fraud Prevention product.

Sergey Kovalev pursued their education at Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation (Technical University) from 2006 to 2011, earning a Master's degree in Computer Science. Alongside their formal education, they obtained various additional certifications in product management and related fields. In 2019, Sergey obtained the "Product Mindset" certification from ProductSense and the "PRINCE2 Foundation Certification Training" from HiLogic - Helping you enable value. Sergey further enhanced their expertise with the "Professional Scrum Product Owner I" certification from Scrum.org. In 2021, Sergey obtained the "Data-driven product management" certification from GoPractice, Inc and "How to Develop a Product Your Customers Will Gladly Buy" certificate from Ivan Zamesin.
