Tatiana Zakharova

Tatiana Zakharova's work experience begins with their current role as a Corporate Travel Agent at Exness, which they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at BIBLIO GLOBUS Tour Operator in Russia as a Business Development Manager from December 2017 to May 2021. Before that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at the same organization in Sochi, Russia from February 2015 to December 2017. Tatiana also worked as a Travel Operations Officer at BIBLIO GLOBUS Tour Operator in Antalya, Turkey from February 2014 to October 2014. Prior to joining BIBLIO GLOBUS, they held the role of Chief Sales and Customer Officer at JTA TRAVEL, a handling agent of BIBLIO GLOBUS Tour Operator in Cyprus from November 2009 to January 2014. Tatiana began their career as a Customer Service Representative at NIKI TRAVEL, another handling agent of BIBLIO GLOBUS in Cyprus, from April 2009 to October 2009. Lastly, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at ROYAL TRAVEL, a handling agent of BIBLIO GLOBUS Tour Operator in Tunisia, from May 2005 to October 2006.

Tatiana Zakharova started their education in 2002 at the Russian State University of Service and Tourism in Moscow, where they pursued a Master's degree in Management and technologies in tourism. Tatiana completed their degree in 2006.

In 2016, Tatiana enrolled at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA Russia MGIMO as a student in the MBA program. Tatiana finished their studies in 2017.

In 2018, Tatiana attended the French Institute in Nicosia, Cyprus, where they took a French language conversation course and achieved a C level proficiency. During the same year, they also studied at the "Learn For Good" Language Institute in Cyprus, specializing in the Greek language at an A1 – B2 level.

During their studies in 2004, Tatiana attended the French Cultural Centre in Moscow to complete an intensive French Language Course, reaching a B1-B2 level of proficiency.
