Yulia Shpak began their work experience in May 2006 as a Manager at Maxela Ireland. In June 2006, they transitioned to the role of an Education Abroad Program Manager at ITEC, where they generated leads and created proposals resulting in over 120 university and language course placements. Yulia then joined British Airways in July 2008 as a Premium Services Executive and later served as a Marketing Campaign Executive for Eastern Europe and Russia from September 2010 to October 2015. During their time at British Airways, they identified market opportunities, developed marketing plans, and managed various campaigns. Yulia briefly worked as the Head of Customer Service at MedsiGroup from June 2010 to September 2010. Yulia then joined PINS.co in November 2015 as a Rewards Loyalty Manager, responsible for managing all redemption aspects of loyalty programs. Currently, Yulia is serving as the Senior Loyalty Programs Manager at Exness since November 2018. In this role, they manage a team of professionals and develops Exness' loyalty programs to maximize customer satisfaction and engagement.

Yulia Shpak pursued their Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from Trinity College Dublin, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
