Hitakshi Pabbi

Hitakshi Pabbi is a legal professional currently serving as a Legal Consultant at EXO Edge since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Legal Intern at MAHESHWARI & CO. from October 2023 to April 2024, and at K & T Law Offices in August and September 2023, where relevant work included drafting legal responses under the Consumer Protection Act. Hitakshi has also conducted research at Punjab University from June 2022 to August 2023 on the rights of asylum seekers in relation to the Asylum Bill of 2021, focusing on the challenges faced by these individuals. Previous internships include working with Advocate Rajneesh Lakhanpal and at District and Sessions Court, where legal drafting and court proceedings were observed. Hitakshi holds a Master of Laws in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Panjab University and a B.A.LL.B (hons.) degree, both obtained from the same institution.
