Joe Adam

Joe Adam is the current EVP of Operations at Exo. Prior to this, they were the Senior VP of Operations at Exo Imaging from January 2017 to June 2017. Before that, they were the COO of Thermal Technology, LLC from January 2013 to August 2015, where they were responsible for engineering, operations, and M&A activities resulting in the sale of the company to GTAT. From October 2010 to October 2012, they were the CEO of Triformix, where they focused on leading the company through a turnaround and exit process to maximize shareholder return. Joe sold the company in a split sale to Molex and Bio-rad. From March 2008 to November 2009, they were the VP of Assembly Product Lines at STATS ChipPAC. From January 2007 to March 2008, they were the Vice President of Operations at Wispry. Finally, from December 2002 to December 2006, they were the VP of Manufacturing at Skyworks.

Joe Adam received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Executive Management from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business.
