Lorenzo Cilli

Lorenzo Cilli is the founder and CFO of ExoLab Italia, a company focused on the research, development, production, and commercialization of products based on Nanovescicole Vegetali (NV) from Italian organic agriculture. Lorenzo also founded YouFarmer, a platform that allows individuals to have their own organic garden by leveraging the expertise of certified agricultural companies. Additionally, Lorenzo has experience as a buyer in the purchasing departments of Poltrona Frau Group and Poltrona Frau Group Divisione Cassina Contract, where they worked on large-scale projects for luxury hotel and showroom furnishings. Prior to their career in business, Lorenzo had a successful career as a professional soccer player for several clubs.

Lorenzo Cilli's education history begins with their Bachelor's degree in Ingegneria gestionale from Politecnico di Milano, which they completed from 2008 to 2012. Lorenzo then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Ingegneria Gestionale "Supply Chain Management" from the same institution, which they completed from 2012 to 2014. In 2021, Lorenzo attended SDA Bocconi to undertake a Master Universitario MU1 program in the field of study called "IMPACT YOUR TALENT."
