Niv Paul Rabino has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles.

Niv Paul started their career as a Manager of East Coast Branch at Friends of the Israel Scouts, where they organized and conducted seminars, led a group of 20 members, and taught interpersonal communication skills.

Niv Paul then worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Kopali Organics, where they established new accounts, managed existing accounts, and conducted market analysis.

Next, they joined Impact Hub Honolulu as a Core Team Member, contributing to the organization's operations and initiatives.

Niv Paul later became the Director of Dor Chadash at the Israeli American Council, where they created and executed strategies and managed multiple projects.

Subsequently, they worked as the Program Coordinator for The Ghana Project at Tzedek, where they managed participants in Ghana and coordinated their placements with NGOs.

Niv Paul then joined IsraAID, first as the Head of Mission in Greece, implementing their vision and strategy, and later as the Director of Outreach and Engagement and Head of Mission for Texas USA, responsible for outreach and managing a humanitarian aid fellowship.

During their time at IsraAID, they also served as an HR Manager, providing comprehensive support to the Americas region missions and managing HR projects.

Niv Paul further gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the Department of Peace and Conflict Research, Uppsala University.

Most recently, they worked as a Rotary Peace Fellow at Rotary International, where they pursued a Master's degree to develop peace and development skills.

In the future, they will be starting a role as a Project Manager at Exodigo.

Niv Paul Rabino completed their education as follows:

- From 2020 to 2022, Niv Paul Rabino attended Uppsala University and obtained a Master of Social Sciences degree in Peace and Conflict Studies.

- Between 2011 and 2013, Niv Paul Rabino studied at Columbia University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sustainable Development.

- From 2008 to 2010, Niv Paul Rabino attended the University of Hawai'i System and obtained an Associate of Arts degree and a certificate in Liberal Arts and Asian Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Niv Paul Rabino also earned a LEED Green Associate certification from the USGBC - National Capital Region Chapter in January 2016.
