Joel Bryant

Joel Bryant is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles within the engineering field. Currently serving as a Sr. Engineer at Exo since February 2023, Joel has previously held the position of Manager of Engineering for North American Lattice Structures at Valmont Industries, Inc. from August 2018 to January 2023. Prior to that, Joel worked as an Engineering Manager and Sr. Engineer at TAPP, inc. and spent nearly a decade as a Sr. Engineer at CenterPoint Energy. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University and an Associate in Applied Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Northeast Mississippi Community College.
