Laurène Niles

Laurène NILES is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HRBP for the Western Europe business unit at Exotec since December 2020, where responsibilities include advising managers on various HR matters such as recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, talent development, and compliance. Prior to Exotec, Laurène held multiple HR roles at IBM from October 2015 to December 2020, including managing daily HR operations for 25 managers and 200 employees, and serving as a disability reference point responsible for a 2020 action plan. Experience at IBM also included involvement in HR projects, ISO audits, and supporting organizational restructuring. Laurène's career began in recruitment positions, with experience at PLANETT and aquila RH. Academically, Laurène holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Master’s degree in Social Law, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Lille.
