Louisa Twaddell

Louisa Twaddell, MBA, currently serves as People Director at Exotec since January 2024. Prior to this role, Louisa held the position of Human Resources Director, North America, at Simon-Kucher & Partners from May 2021 to March 2024, overseeing HR operations for 400 employees across the US and Canada. Louisa has also contributed as Human Resource Director, North America, for NPSG Global during a period of significant growth, expanding the workforce from 300 to 1300 employees. Additional experience includes a tenure as Human Resources Director & NA Business Partner at TUV Rheinland of North America, and roles at Children's Hospital Boston and Fresenius Medical Care North America. Louisa holds an MBA from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Brandeis University.
