Arpit Vashishtha

Arpit Vashishtha is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in product support and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Support Manager at Exotel since October 2011, Arpit previously held the role of Program Manager at Ameyo, where responsibilities included acting as a solution architect for domestic and international clients and managing escalation calls. Arpit's career initiated at IBM India Ltd and Honeywell Technology Solutions as a System Engineer. Arpit holds an Engineer's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security from the International School of Corporate Management, Pune, and a BCA in Computer from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra.
