Sharanya Pathikonda

Sharanya Pathikonda has a diverse background in partnerships and customer success, currently serving as the Cluster Head for Digital Natives at Exotel. With previous experience as an Associate General Manager in Customer Success at the same company, Sharanya began a career in technology as a Programmer Analyst Trainee at Cognizant. Sharanya holds an Executive MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian School of Business, obtained in 2022, as well as a degree from Shiv Nadar University, completed in 2015.
