Jeff Zimmerman

Jeff Zimmerman has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles.

In 2022, they joined Exovera as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, they worked at SOS International LLC starting from 2019, where they held the position of Director, Technology Collection & Exploitation.

Before that, Jeff served at Booz Allen Hamilton for a significant duration, beginning in 1997. During their tenure, they held multiple roles including Lead Associate, Lifecycle Business Development and Senior Associate, Corporate Strategic Initiatives. In these roles, they led various strategic initiatives, such as introducing multi-year planning into pipeline optimization and driving firm leadership engagement and strategic impact.

Jeff also has a strong background in the military, specifically in the US Navy Reserve. Jeff served as Commanding Officer in multiple commands, including Naval Reserve (NR) Commander Naval Forces Europe-Africa-SIXTH FLEET and Naval Reserve (NR) NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT), Washington, D.C. In these positions, they contributed to the transformation and optimization of Reserve units to support combat and contingency operations.

Jeff Zimmerman attended Duke University from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) with a focus on Biomedical and Electrical Engineering. Jeff later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University, completing the degree between 1994 and 1996.
