Aaron Rice

Aaron Rice serves as the Director of Workplace Strategy at eXp Commercial since November 2023 and is a Corporate Real Estate Advisor. In conjunction with this role, Aaron is the Founder and CEO of ConcAirge. Prior experience includes work at The Museum of Virtual Reality since January 2021, and involvement with eXp Commercial in various capacities, including ESG Digital Twin Solutions and ESG Real Estate Auditor from June 2022 to November 2023. Additionally, Aaron contributed to the Maryland African American Heritage Map project from May 2022 to November 2023 and briefly engaged with eXp Realty, LLC in December 2018.
