Joanne Azzam

Joanne Azzam has extensive experience in business operations and customer success, currently serving as Business Operations Director and Head of Customer Success at VU.CITY since January 2019. Prior to this role, Joanne worked at the Northern Ireland Assembly from 2008 to January 2019, where responsibilities included positions as Clerical Supervisor in both the Business Office and the Bill Office, as well as Clerical Officer in the Bill Office.
