Dana Berggren

Dana Berggren is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in leasing, sales, development, sustainability, and marketing. Currently serving as the Designated Managing Broker at eXp Commercial, a rapidly growing division of eXp World Holdings, Dana previously owned and operated The Coop, a coworking space in Las Vegas, from March 2017 to March 2025. Before that, Dana was the Broker/Owner of Berggren Commercial Real Estate from April 2014 to September 2023 and held key positions at Avison Young, Cushman & Wakefield, and Prudential | IPG Commercial Real Estate. Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Illinois Chicago.
