Fernando Fonseca

Fernando Fonseca is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the real estate and lending sectors. Since March 2020, Fernando Fonseca has served as CEO and Founder of Jaguar Capital, while also holding the position of President/CEO at Southeast LLC since August 2014. Additionally, Fernando Fonseca has been a Commercial Real Estate Agent and Business Broker at eXp Commercial since May 2017. Prior to these roles, Fernando Fonseca co-founded Cala Lending, serving as COO until February 2020, and provided business lending advisory services at Sprout Lending between July 2018 and July 2019. Earlier career milestones include working as a Commercial and Residential Realtor at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from 2014 to May 2017, as well as roles at American Network Commercial, Inc. and ExxonMobil. Fernando Fonseca holds a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University and an MBA from INCAE Business School, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Finance from the University of Miami.
