Joseph Richter

Joseph Richter is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in both land development and commercial real estate. Currently serving as President of Hanover Development Inc. since 2005, Joseph specializes in institutional quality multifamily development and real estate investment consulting, utilizing expertise in financial analysis software. Joseph also operates as a Commercial Real Estate Broker with eXp Commercial, licensed in California, Oregon, and Washington. Prior positions include Broker at Hanover Realty Group/Keller Williams, Project Manager and Land Acquisition at John Laing Homes, President of Regis Homes and CCL Holdings, and Vice President of Construction at South West Diversified and Glenfed Development. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Pepperdine University.
