Kate Wai

Kate Wai, CPA, MiCP®, currently serves as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at eXp Commercial, where expertise in commercial real estate supports clients in navigating transactions across various market sectors. In addition, Kate is the Principal at WAI CRE and has been a Global Tax Executive in the Greater Philadelphia Area since 2018, specializing in domestic and international tax strategy, compliance, and planning for multinational growth companies. Previous roles include Director of Tax at Altus Group, Global Tax Leader at Golder Associates Corporation, and Director of Group Taxation at Vector Aerospace, with early career experience as a Tax Manager at Ernst & Young. Kate holds a Master of Management and Professional Accounting from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the same institution.
