Reynaldo "Rey" Abreu is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering, currently serving as the Director of Water and Wastewater at EXP since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rey held the position of Senior Technical Advisor at EAC Consulting, Inc. from July 2019 to December 2021.
