Prior to their real estate career, Bill held managerial and engineering positions in quality management for several aerospace and manufacturing companies, showcasing a strong background in quality systems and operations. Bill holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Park University, along with military education from the US Marine Corps.
