Eyad Douglas

Eyad Douglas has over 18 years of experience in operations management. Eyad is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at eXp Realty since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at First Abu Dhabi Bank as the Vice President and Head of Operations from October 2015 to October 2020. Eyad also held the position of Vice President and Head of Operations at the National Bank of Abu Dhabi from June 2006 to September 2015. Earlier in their career, Eyad worked as an Operations Supervisor at New Horizons Training in Dubai from June 2004 to May 2006.

Eyad Douglas completed a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Ajman University in 2004. In 2012, they also obtained a certification from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI). From 2021 to 2023, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management - International Business from Lambton College. Additionally, Eyad has obtained several certifications, including Verified International Academic Qualifications from the World Education Services and various certifications from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), such as Global Securities, International Introduction to Investment, Operational Risk, and The United Arab Emirates Rules and Regulations.
