Lawrence K. Frimpong is a Clinical Cytogenetic Technologist at Texas Children's Hospital since June 2021, concurrently serving as a Real Estate Agent at eXp Realty. As President of the Cedi Foundation since September 2018 and Africa Advisor for Onco.com since January 2018, Frimpong is committed to healthcare initiatives across the continent. In academia, Frimpong has been a lecturer at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center since September 2009 and has held the position of Laboratory Supervisor since June 2006. Leadership experience includes serving as Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Ghana-Houston Chamber of Commerce from 2015 to 2018. Educational qualifications include a Post Baccalaureate in Cytogenetics from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology.
