Maggie Donovan, CPL, is an experienced professional in the land management and real estate sectors with a robust background in negotiation and regulatory compliance. Since March 2016, Maggie has operated as an Independent Landman at MLD Enterprises, Inc., where significant achievements include securing over 1,500 acres in the Delaware Basin and coordinating title clearance processes. As the Owner of Card My Yard since February 2020, Maggie successfully generated over $100K in revenue within the first nine months and maintains a top 5% ranking among franchises nationwide. Previous roles include Land Manager at Lehigh Hanson and Senior Land Negotiator at Hess Corporation, where Maggie expanded the company's interests significantly and led various strategic initiatives.
