Vinay Gupta

Vinay Gupta has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and engineering field. Vinay is currently working at Expand My Business as the Senior Vice President of Engineering starting from October 2022. Prior to this, Vinay worked at Droom Technology as the VP Engineering from October 2020 to October 2022. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing various modules of product and engineering, including frontend, backend, apps, QA, devops, and AI/ML. Vinay also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at ScoopWhoop | Good Glamm Group from April 2019 to September 2020, where they played a crucial role in developing the company's technical strategy and managing multiple roles such as project/product manager and technical lead. From June 2018 to March 2019, they served as the Senior Vice President of Technology at ScoopWhoop | Good Glamm Group. Additionally, Vinay has also worked as the Director Engineering at ShopClues from April 2017 to June 2018, where they were responsible for managing various aspects including buyer experience, search, QA, CRM, SOA, and seller services. Prior to this, they held positions such as Senior Engineering Manager and Team Lead at ShopClues. Vinay started their career in 2004, working as a Software Engineer & Architect for various startups before joining Bestylish.com as a Lead Engineer from May 2011 to April 2013.

Vinay Gupta's education history begins with their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce from Delhi University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. After this, they pursued a Diploma in Computer Science from the National Institute of Information Technology from 2001 to 2003.
