Ahmed Fouad began their work experience in 2009 as a Human Resources professional at Al Mal Newspaper. Ahmed then worked as an Accountant at the Egyptian Table Tennis Federation from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Vodafone as a Customer Service Representative before being promoted to Team Leader from 2012 to 2013. Ahmed then moved to Etisalat UAE in 2013, where they held various roles including Customer Service Specialist, Complaints Representative, Quality Assurance Executive, and Quality Assurance Specialist. Ahmed worked at Etisalat UAE until 2020. In 2021, they joined ExpandCart as a Customer Success Specialist.
Ahmed Fouad earned their Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Cairo University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007.
