Shawn Hoffman

Shawn Hoffman is an experienced professional in manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing and Panel Shop Manager at Expanse Electrical Co. since April 2023. Prior to this role, Shawn held various positions at Northrop Grumman as a Principal Industrial Engineer and at Michelin as a Progress Industrial Engineer, where responsibilities included leading continuous improvement initiatives and managing staffing in production environments. Shawn is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where roles included Program Manager and Executive Officer from 2004 to 2015. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Construction Technician at Maguire Group Inc. Shawn holds a Master's degree in Systems Analysis from The United States Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
