Akanksha Singh

Akanksha Singh is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user experience and interaction design, currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Expedia Group since September 2017, where Akanksha leads experience design for travel insurtech products. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Design Manager at the Design Leadership Forum and DGM Design at Paytm, where Akanksha managed a team of designers to enhance product revenue through improved user experience. Earlier positions include roles at ASKME.com, Housing.com, OLX, GlobalLogic, Emantras, and Cognizant Technology Solutions, contributing to various aspects of UX design, user research, and product strategy. Akanksha holds a Master's degree in Design, specializing in Human Computer Interaction from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the Government College of Architecture, Lucknow.
