Andra Paltser has extensive experience in operations management within the travel industry, currently serving as an Operations Manager at Expedia Group since November 2014, where responsibilities include providing support and mentoring to Lodging Partner Associates and assisting with reporting and case management. Previous roles at Expedia Group include Manager, Supervisor, and Team Lead, focusing on the Africa, Middle East, Indian Ocean, and Malta markets, as well as frontline support for lodging partners. Prior to this, Andra worked as a Front Office Assistant at Prague Spirit Group, handling customer service tasks, and completed an internship at the Institute of Chemical Technology in Prague, preparing test equipment and conducting experiments.
