Bhagyesh Vedpathak

Bhagyesh Vedpathak is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in driving innovative software solutions and managing diverse engineering teams. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at Expedia Group since June 2016, Bhagyesh focuses on enhancing flight shopping experiences through a customer-centric approach while leading multiple teams to develop a two-sided marketplace that benefits both customers and suppliers. Previously, Bhagyesh held the role of Engineering Manager for Air Search at Expedia Group, overseeing a team of 12 software engineers. Bhagyesh's prior experience includes serving as a Senior Technology Strategist at Orbitz Worldwide, where strategic internal technology projects improved productivity through automation, and as a Senior Software Consultant at Bitwise Inc., managing project delivery and resources effectively. Bhagyesh holds an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
