Marty Cleveland

Marty Cleveland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and sales management. Since September 2008, Marty has served as the Senior Director of Global Customer Operations at Expedia, Inc., where responsibilities include the strategic development and innovation of systems and processes for customer support across 19 brands in 29 languages, as well as overseeing facilities on six continents. Prior to this role, Marty was the Director of Sales and European OEM Sales for Orange from 2006 to 2008, managing a substantial marketing and operational budget and driving business improvement in the UK and Western Europe. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Regional Sales Manager at Black and Decker from 1990 to 1998. Marty holds a degree from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
