Olga Rai is an experienced professional in strategic initiatives and product management, currently serving as the Strategic Initiatives Lead for CTO Enablement in the Product & Technology organization at Expedia Group since 2021. Previously, Olga held the role of Global Product Owner for Social Impact & Employability at Microsoft, where responsibility included managing the product roadmap and P&L for a digital skilling program. As the Founder and Owner of VinoRai, a national wine import business, Olga led the company to profitability before its acquisition. Additional experience includes roles in retail marketing and customer experience strategy at Starbucks, along with management consulting positions at Microsoft, and program management for the University of Washington Alumni Association. Olga holds a degree in Marketing from the UW Foster School of Business.
